Keep in touch significa manter contato com alguém. Exemplos:

“Mary and I have kept in touch since we left college”. (A Maria e eu temos mantido contato desde que saímos da faculdade).

“We should keep in touch from now on”. (Nós deveríamos manter contato daqui pra frente).
