Jab at

Jab at é um phrasal verb que pode significar espetar, cutucar, furar. Exemplos:

“She jabbed at herself with the sewing needle, that’s why she screamed.” (Ela se espetou com a agulha de costura, por isso que ela gritou.)

“You’re not supposed to jab at the painting.” (Você não deveria cutucar a pintura.)
