Have the heart set on significa querer muito ter ou alcançar alguma coisa. Exemplos:

“My son has his heart set on getting a pet.” (O meu filho quer muito ter um animal de stimação.)

“She had her heart set on going to college.“ (Ela que muito ir para a faculdade.)
