Go through with significa seguir em frente em uma situação difícil. Exemplos:

“We must go through with it, no matter what”. (Nós temos que seguir em frente, não importa como).

“She had second thoughts, but she went through with the plan”. (Ela estava reconsiderando, mas ele seguiu em frente com a plano).
