Up and running

Up and running é um idiom que significa que alguma coisa está funcionando normalmente ou funcionando bem. Exemplos:

“They promised me to have the factory up and running by the end of the week.” (Eles me prometeram ter a fábrica funcionando normalmente até o final da semana.)

“I’m surprised to see that they are up and running after what happened last week.” (Estou surpresa de vê-los funcionando normalmente depois do que aconteceu semana passada.)
