Rank on é uma expressão que significa insultar, pegar no pé, reclamar ou criticar alguém. Exemplos:

“Why are you ranking on me?” (Porque você está me criticando?)

“They were ranking on him all day.” (Eles pegaram no pé dele o dia todo.)
