Ice over/up

Ice over/up é um phrasal verb que significa ficar coberto(a) de gelo. Exemplos:

“Be careful, the roads have iced over during the night.” (Tome cuidado, as estradas ficaram cobertas de gelo durante a noite.)

“The lake was iced up, so a lot of people are taking pictures.” (O lago ficou coberto de gelo, por isso as pessoas estão tirando fotos.)
