Get away with significa sair ileso(a), safar-se de consequências de atos errados ou arriscados. Exemplos:

“He can’t get away with everything!” (Ele não pode se safar de tudo!)

“I don’t know how she manage to get away with everytime.” (Eu não sei como ela consegue sair ilesa toda vez.)
