Jog the memory

Jog the memory significa fazer ou ajudar a lembrar de alguma coisa. Exemplos:

“Seeing that house jogged her memory and she recall her childhood there.” (Ver aquela casa ajudou ela a lembrar da infância lá.)

“Does the name Mary Smith jog your memory?“ (O nome Mary Smith te faz lembrar de alguma coisa? / O nome Mary Smith soa familiar?)
