Young at heart é uma expressão usada para denominar alguém jovial mesmo sendo mais velho. Exemplos:
“Your grandfather is so amazing! Despite his age he is still very young at heart“. (Seu avô é tão incrível! Apesar da idade ele ainda é muito jovial).
“My grandmother and her friends are still very young at heart“. (Minha avó e as amigas dela ainda são muito joviais).
