Paint out

Paint out é um phrasal verb que significa cobrir algo com tinta para que não seja mais visto. Exemplos:

“They painted out all the insults they wrote on the wall.” (Eles cobriram com tinta todos os insultos que eles escreveram na parede.)

“He was so angry that he painted out what he made for her.” (Ele estava tão bravo que ele cobriu com tinta o que ele tinha feito para ela.)
