Nibble at é um phrasal verb que significa beliscar (comida), comer pouquinho, mordiscar. Exemplos:

“I think Mary isn’t felling well, she only nibbled at her food.” (Eu acho que a Mary não está se sentindo bem, ela apenas beliscou a comida.)

“Peter is sitting on the couch nibbling at some snacks and watching TV.” (Peter está sentado no sofá beliscando uns petiscos e assistindo TV.)
