Head back significa voltar a algum lugar. Exemplos:

“He head back home because he was feeling tired” (Ele voltou para casa porque estava se sentindo cansado).

“I have to head back to the office after the meeting.” (Eu tenho que voltar para o escritório depois da reunião).
