Fill up significa encher. Exemplos:

“I need to fill up the tank before the trip”. (Eu preciso encher o tanque antes da viagem).

“I’m not hungry right now because I filled myself up with cookies”. (Eu não estou com fome agora porque eu me enchi de biscoito).
