Face the music é um idiom que significa enfrentar as consequências de alguma coisa. Exemplos:
“It’s better to face the music now that they are not too angry.” (É melhor enfrentar as consequências agora que eles não estão mais bravos.)
“I have to tell him that I crash the car and face the music.” (Eu tenho que contar a ele que eu bati o carro e enfrentar as consequências.)
