Clunker significa algo muito velho ou ruim, um lixo. Exemplos:
“I need to buy a new car, this one is a real clunker.” (Eu tenho que comprar um carro novo, esse aqui é verdadeiro um lixo.)
“There must be something wrong with him, his work has all been clunkers lately.” (Deve haver algo de errado com ele, ultimamente todo trabalho dele tem sido um lixo.)
