Zoom in / zoom out

Zoom in / zoom out é um phrasal verb que significa ampliar / (diminuir) afastar a imagem. Exemplos:

“I can’t see the details. Could you please zoom in the picture?” (Eu não consigo ver os detalhes. Você poderia por favor ampliar a foto?)

“If you hit this button the map will zoom out and we will be able to see the whole city.” (Se você apertar esse botão o mapa vai diminuir e nós seremos capazes de ver a cidade toda.)
