Get to é um phrasal verb que significa chegar à algum lugar ou alcançar alguma coisa. Exemplos:
“Peter was fired because he kept getting to work late.” (Peter foi despedido porque ele continuou chegando atrasado no trabalho.)
“This week was really hot, it must have gotten to 40 degrees.” (Essa semana foi muito quente, deve ter alcançado 40 graus.)
